Taking red meats, the risk of developing pancreatic cancer

A diet high in red meat appears to raise the risk developing pancreatic cancer, for those who often eat beef or pork and also people who mostly enjoy processed meats like hot dogs, sausage, and bacon, have a higher risk of pancreas cancer but the good news is that consumption of poultry may cut the risk of pancreas cancer.

For people who reported eating the most beef or pork had a 60 percent higher risk of pancreas cancer than people who eat fish, poultry, dairy foods, or eggs. People who takes alots of vegetables or on a vegetarian diets has a very low percentage of getting pancreas cancer. Cutting red meats, pork and processed meat not only reduce the risk of getting of pancreas cancer it also help to reduce the risk of heart disease and colon cancer.
